	One night deposit is required to hold the reservation either by credit card or check. A confirmation letter will be sent to confirm your reservation
	Cancellations: $50.00+tax service charge on all cancellations per room or date change. No refund of deposit is returned with cancellation within 14 days of arrival date.
	Check-in time: 2:00 - 9:00pm; please make arrangements for late arrivals.
	Check-out time: 11:00am
	Smoking permitted on porch only.
	Please no coolers or heating appliances in guest rooms.
