- All rates
are based on double occupancy and include a hearty breakfast.
- Well behaved
children 12 years or older are welcome.
- $50.00 charge
for each additional person in suite rooms.
- Rates subject
to 7% NJ sales tax.
- Rates subject
to 5% occupancy tax.
- Rates subject
to 3% town tax
- Weekends:
2 night minimum June 15th through September 16th, Friday-Saturday
or Saturday-Sunday in season rates apply.
- Holidays:
3 night minimum.
- One night
deposit is required to hold the reservation either by
credit card or check. A confirmation will be sent to confirm
your reservation.
- Cancellations:
$50.00+tax service charge on all cancellations per room
or date change. No refund of deposit is returned with
cancellation within 14 days of arrival date.
- Check-in time:
2:00PM – 9:00PM; please make arrangements for late
arrivals.
- Check-out
time: 11:00AM
- Please no
coolers or heating appliances in guest rooms.
